There is standard “agent provocateur” or “fifth column” social agitation, but this version of it is so bold in its hypocrisy. It’s almost as if it is intentionally absurd to further demoralize those who can see how fake and disingenious it really is. This shouldn’t surprise us, given what we’ve learned about the New York Times, but it somehow still did.

The saddest part is, we have SOOO many examples of exactly this same pattern. From W.E.B. Dubois and Neville Roy Singham to Jemele Hill, from Angela Davis and Kathleen Cleaver to Cory Booker and Alexi McCammond: The VERY people who are most VOCAL about how racist America is are themselves biracial and are in interracial relationships. Their very existence AND personal spousal choices contradict the very same race-grievances they’ve built careers espousing.
