Consider also that the Franklin Scandal occurred in Omaha, Nebraska (home of the World’s richest man). The documentary suggests and explicitly mentions that the Franklin investigation was “shutdown” (with Lawrence King as the fall-guy) to protect the wealthy “bankers” of that town and to protect “people in Washington”.
